All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable and can’t be rescheduled. There are no partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance. Late admittance is not allowed. Made in Brooklyn Tours is not responsible for lost tickets or confirmation numbers. Tours may be canceled if a minimum attendance isn't reached at least three (3) days in advance. If a tour is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund or, at their option, receive credit for another tour. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts.
